These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the E-Public Touch website and services. By engaging our services or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
E-Public Touch provides digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, web design, graphic design) and a WhatsApp Cloud API marketing platform on a subscription basis. The exact scope and price of any engagement are agreed in writing or via the selected plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are payable through the provided payment methods. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta separately, at actuals, and are your responsibility. Prices may change with prior notice.
Our services rely on third parties (Meta/WhatsApp, Google, payment gateways, hosting). We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or actions taken by these platforms.
All content on this website and platform is owned by E-Public Touch or its licensors. Work delivered to clients is licensed to the client upon full payment.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Public Touch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform actions outside our control.
Either party may cancel a subscription with notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
