This policy explains refunds for services and subscriptions purchased from E-Public Touch.
1. Nature of services
We provide digital services (marketing campaigns, software subscriptions, design and development). These are not physical goods, so there is no "return" — refunds are governed by the terms below.
2. Subscription plans (WhatsApp platform)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. The current month remains active until the end of its cycle.
- Monthly subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, as access and setup are provided immediately.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your first purchase and have not actively used the platform, you may request a refund of that first payment.
3. Service projects (ads, design, web)
- Project work begins after advance payment. If you cancel before work starts, you are eligible for a refund minus any setup/processing already done.
- Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the portion of work completed.
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Google/Meta) and third-party charges are non-refundable.
4. Meta / WhatsApp conversation charges
Per-conversation charges are billed by Meta directly and are non-refundable by us, as we do not control or hold them.
5. How to request a refund
